As the General Secretary and Committee Chair for Life-Saving Humanitarian Action, Lemi applies the high-stakes coordination skills he refined during six years of military service and over a decade in professional security. His proven ability to diagnose complex mechanical and operational issues ensures that VCRP’s emergency resources are deployed with speed and precision. Furthermore, as a seasoned community leader and Chairman of the Pojulu Board, he bridges the gap between organizational strategy and ground-level humanitarian impact, fostering resilience in both Nebraska and international conflict zones.

With a career spanning military service (2006–2012) and senior security roles at firms like G4S and Allied Universal, Lemi has mastered the art of maintaining operational efficiency in fast-paced environments. Currently, as a Maintenance and Repair Technician for the Omaha Housing Authority, he demonstrates a high degree of technical problem-solving and facility management. These practical skills, paired with his experience leading organizational boards and community development programs, allow him to provide VCRP with the rigorous logistical standards required for complex, life-saving humanitarian missions.
