Biography
Dr. Ayi(e) Nigo (PhD, FHEA) serves as the Lead Advisor to the Board and Head of External Relations for Veterans for Community Resilience and Peace (VCRP). In this role, he provides strategic guidance to the Board of Directors while leading the organization’s engagement with government institutions, development partners, academic institutions, and international stakeholders.
An accomplished academic and respected professional, Dr. Nigo brings extensive expertise in research, policy development, leadership, and international collaboration. His multidisciplinary experience enables him to bridge the gap between academic knowledge and practical solutions, helping advance VCRP’s mission of promoting peace, resilience, and sustainable community development.
As Head of External Relations, Dr. Nigo works to strengthen strategic partnerships, expand organizational visibility, and foster collaborative initiatives that create lasting opportunities for veterans, youth, and underserved communities.
